Bulky / Heavy Shipping Rates:

5 - 6 kg   -->   $20

6 - 7 kg   -->   $26

7 - 10 kg  -->  $34

10 - 12 kg --> $39

Orders over 12 kg require a freight quote. Please contact us on nicole@woodenworld.com.au if there are no shipping rates showing at checkout.

We currently only ship to addresses in Australia.

Orders are sent with an "Authority to Leave" if no one is present at the delivery address (at your own risk). If you prefer for your order not to be left unattended, please select the freight option "Signature on Delivery" at checkout. 

We have no control over any potential delays once your order has been posted and can not be held liable for late arrivals. If your order hasn't arrived within the timeframe provided by Australia Post / the courier, please let us know and we will lodge an inquiry. Your mobile number will be added to the shipping label to enable tracking and delivery updates from the carrier.

We use recycled packaging whenever possible to do our part in reducing landfill.

In stock items are normally shipped within 1 Business day (Courier deliveries are usually sent twice a week). We mainly use Australia Post for shipping but some very heavy or large orders may be sent through a courier. For courier deliveries, please make sure someone is available at the delivery address between 9am - 5pm to avoid re-delivery fees.

Express Postage

An express postage option is available at checkout for orders up to 5 kg. Please note that we are located in regional WA (6226).

Please check delivery time frames on the Australia Post website as they frequently change. We have no control over any potential delays once your order has been posted and can not be held liable for late arrivals. If your order hasn't arrived within the timeframe provided by Australia Post / the courier, please let us know and we will lodge an inquiry.

Should you require express postage for heavy items, please contact us for a shipping quote.

 

Pick up

Local pickup is available from Roelands WA (by appointment). We will notify you via email once your order is ready for pick up and arrange a suitable day and time.

 

Out of stock items

If your order consists of stock and out of stock items we will send your order once all items are in stock. Please let us know if you wish to have items in stock sent out straight away and keep out of stock items on back order (this will incur additional freight charges).

 

Returns / Change of Mind Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us so if there is an issue with your order please do not hesitate to contact us (nicole@woodenworld.com.au) to discuss the matter.

Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if a product you receive is damaged or faulty. Warranty claims need to be submitted as soon as possible (or within 3 days) to nicole@woodenworld.com.au for assessment. Orders that were damaged during transit with Australia Post need to be presented to your nearest Australia Post Outlet including all original packaging for an assessment of claim. For any order discrepancies, please contact us asap or within 2 days of receipt.

For change of mind (amendments, cancellations) before your order has been packed and shipped, a refund can be issued less a 5% restocking fee for PayPal and Credit Card transactions and a 7% restocking fee for Afterpay transactions.

All product faults and replacement claims will need to be referred to the manufacturer and comply with their claims process. Please ensure products are only used for the purpose described by the appropriate age range, are not subject to misuse and are used under proper adult supervision. Manufacturer warranties will be void where:

- The item has been subject to misuse or has not been used in accordance with the product guidelines.

- The manufacturer warranty period has expired, or Proof of purchase can not be provided.

All warranty claims will be dealt with individually and your item will be either replaced, repaired or refunded if eligible, depending on the situation and the supplier/manufacturer's choice. 

As a small family business we are unable to offer returns/exchanges for change of mind once your order has shipped. We do our best to provide as much information about the products as possible. If you would like any further details about any products please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

 

Bank Transfers & PayPal eCheque Payments

For any outstanding payments that have not been received within 7 days from the invoice date, we reserve the right to cancel your order and re-allocate stock. A cancellation of your order will attract the same re-stocking fees as outlined above.

Orders will be dispatched once funds have been received in our account.

 

Payment Accounts

We do not usually offer purchases on accounts but these may occasionally be granted to organisations. Payment terms are strictly 14 days from invoice date. Late payment fees are charged at 1% of the invoice value for every 7 days thereafter. If an invoice, in full or parts, remains unpaid after 45 days, we reserve the right to start legal proceedings .

 

Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% tax.

Wooden World will never share your personal information with any organisation or individual and uses a secure server. All sensitive information you supply is transmitted via Secure 128-bit Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL locks all information passed from you to us in an encrypted envelope. This makes it virtually impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party.
