Janod - Weights & Balance Game

Weights and Balance are fundamental learning skills. The game allows the comparison of different weights and how that affects balance with simple maths concepts to promote logical thinking and problem solving.

The 16 magnetic blocks are all water-painted and made from beech wood while the magnets in the balancing base create stability and ease of use for little hands. The set includes 5 double sided challenge cards. Children can start by following the instructions and as their understanding develops, they can create their own combinations.

The Janod Essentials range has been co-developed with a pre-school specialist following the trend of STEM learning, to introduce educational concepts in a simple and fun way, making them a great resource not only at home, but for kindergartens, child care centres and schools as well.
