We currently only ship to addresses in Australia.
Orders are sent with an "Authority to Leave" if no one is present at the delivery address (at your own risk). If you prefer for your order not to be left unattended, please select the freight option including signature on delivery at checkout.
To keep prices low, we use recycled packaging whenever possible.
In stock items are normally shipped within 1-2 Business days (Courier deliveries are usually sent twice a week). We use a combination of standard post and couriers. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us to check delivery.
In the lead up to Christmas we offer an express postage option. Please note that we are located in regional WA outside of Australia Post's next day delivery network. Please check delivery time frames on the Australia Post website.
Local pickup is available from Roelands & Busselton, Western Australia. We will notify you via email/SMS once your order is ready for pick up.
Out of stock items
If your order consists of stock and out of stock items we will send your order once all items are in stock. Please let us know if you wish to have items in stock sent out straight away and keep out of stock items on back order (this will incur additional freight charges).
Customer satisfaction is important to us so if there is an issue with your order please do not hesitate to contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to discuss the matter.
Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if a product you receive has arrived damaged or is faulty. Warranty claims need to be submitted as soon as possible (or within 14 days) to be eligible.
All faults that occur after the product has been used will need to be referred to the manufacturer and comply with their claims process. Please ensure products are only used for the purpose described by the appropriate age range, are not subject to misuse and are used under proper adult supervision. Manufacturer warranties will be void where:
- The item has been subject to misuse or has not been used in accordance with the product guidelines.
- The manufacturer warranty period has expired, or Proof of purchase can not be provided.
All warranty claims will be dealt with individually and your item will be replaced, repaired or refunded depending on the situation.
As a small family business we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. We do our best to provide as much information about the products as possible. If you would like any further details about any products please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% tax.
